1. Services

We provide legal education courses and private consultations. All services are educational in nature and do not constitute formal legal advice. Our services include:

• Private Coaching — Equity Jurisprudence: $2,000 AUD
• Consultation: $300 AUD

2. Payments

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST. Payments are processed securely via Wise. By completing payment you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, templates, and resources are the property of The Trustee for Faith in Law. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.

4. Disclaimer

Our services are educational in nature. Nothing provided constitutes legal advice. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the application of information provided in our courses or consultations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
